太空人和道奇世界大賽的第3戰，回到主場的太空人，此役展現他們可怕的團隊打擊火力，在2局下整整打了一輪，提前打退了道奇日籍投手達比修有，目前暫時取得4:0的領先。
上一戰在延長賽中逆轉取勝的太空人，本戰回到主場後士氣大振，不僅在首局就出現多次精彩守備，還敲出今天比賽的第1支長打，攻守狀況看起來都相當不錯。
2局下，太空人靠著Yuli Gurriel的陽春彈帶動起團隊攻勢，Josh Reddick隨後敲出二壘安打，Evan Gattis選到保送，Marwin Gonzalez和Brian McCann都敲出帶有打點的安打，接著Alex Bregman的高飛犧牲打，替球隊拿下本場的第4分。

一名女網友在臉書不公開社團「爆怨公社」發文，表示自己在男性友人的皮夾內發現了一枚保險套，氣氛頓時有些尷尬，但事後友人向她解釋這樣可以招財，並傳來一張「皮夾放保險套」網路搜尋結果的截圖給她。
文章也引發網友熱議，不少網友表示「真的會有意外之財」、「放了蠻有用的欸」，也有網友從保險套功能解析，表示保險套可以避孕，省下了奶粉錢跟尿布錢也是賺錢；更有網友將功能與諧音結合，解釋道「包莖＝包金」、「防止金子外流」；部分網友則對「招財」的說法不以為然，認為只是「單純為了晚上用」、「第一安全，第二招財」、「放一個在皮包以備不時之需」。
